What you will do

• Accept creative production tasks from client teams in Asana.
• Review briefs and assist teams in clarifying tasks.
• Monitor project deadlines and ensure designers stay on schedule.
• Provide feedback on creatives to align with client expectations.
• Negotiate terms with new designers and manage invoices.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of basic design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Experience in project management or creative coordination is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
