What you will do

• Review product requirements and design documents to develop effective testing strategies for PlayStation's mobile app.
• Drive QA plans for UI testing, including test case creation and implementation.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts and monitor test metrics to improve product reliability.
• Manage release and post-release QA activities, including defect tracking and reporting.
• Mentor team members and promote automation to enhance testing speed and quality.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality software.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in San Mateo, CA, USA.
• English: Proficient communication skills required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent knowledge.
• 5+ years experience in QA with mobile app testing (iOS and Android).
• Experience with automation frameworks (pytest), Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, Docker, and agile methodologies.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
