What you will do

• Define and own the production strategy, including planning models, development frameworks, and collaboration structures.
• Lead and mentor the production team, managing performance, hiring, and individual development.
• Partner with Product, Creative, Tech, and QA leadership to drive long-term planning and delivery.
• Establish scalable production practices and documentation for live service game environments.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and external development strategy, including co-dev and outsourcing partnerships.
• Champion continuous improvement across tools and workflows to ensure predictable development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game production with a proven track record of leading complex projects and shipped titles.
• Experience building and managing production systems that support sustainable development at scale.
• Strong background in leading production teams, mentoring individuals, and fostering high-performing cultures.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, think strategically, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in Sweden.
• English language proficiency required.
