What you will do

• Lead design, development, testing, and documentation of scalable software systems aligned with engineering best practices.
• Architect and implement components integrating with broader ecosystems using REST APIs, database queries, and library calls.
• Apply system design patterns to build efficient, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
• Guide technical research and development efforts, mentor team members, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is mandatory.
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on software development experience is mandatory.
• Experience leading teams is preferred with proven leadership or readiness for team lead role.
• Strong background in project design, execution, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills are mandatory.
• Oil & Gas domain experience is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#, ObjectiveC, Fortran, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and GitLab version control.
• Strong database knowledge including SQL Server and Oracle.
• Proficiency in JSON, gRPC, Visual Studio, and XAML.
