What you will do

  • Learn to assess candidates using behavioural interview techniques and psychometrics.
  • Improve hiring process efficiencies and documentation.
  • Contribute to projects requiring advanced data analytics to support hiring decisions.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to design and implement talent solutions.
  • Support hiring questions and problem-solving related to systems and platforms.
  • Provide frontline support for hiring process inquiries and ticket resolution.

Requirements

  • Must have a psychology or people-based undergraduate degree with exceptional academic record.
  • Advanced analytical skills with SQL; Python and statistical analysis are advantageous.
  • Relevant experience or coursework in talent acquisition or selection.
  • Professional English communication skills with excellent presentation ability.
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment with strong self-motivation.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 2-4 times per year for company events.
