What you will do
- Manage a distributed team of engineers and its MLOps/Analytics portfolio
- Organize and lead the team’s processes to achieve objectives
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members
- Review code produced by other engineers
- Mentor and grow your direct reports
- Attend conferences to represent
Requirements
- Proven track record of software delivery
- Professional python development experience
- Understanding of the machine learning space
- Experience designing and implementing MLOps solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year
