What you will do

• Build and own the global alliance strategy with Dell Technologies
• Expand strategic relationships and enable Dell teams on the partnership
• Manage and grow a global team of business development managers
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion through joint business opportunities
• Oversee contract negotiations, performance tracking, and issue resolution
• Align and support internal hirify.global field teams and expand footprint with Dell customers

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Americas region
• Proven experience as an Alliance Manager or Director
• Strong knowledge of Linux, virtualization, containers, and cloud technologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with executives at all levels
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
• Autonomous, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
