What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business analysts to build data science solutions that enhance customer engagement and grow transactions
• Rapidly prototype data science models and participate in product and feature discussions
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights
• Own end-to-end solution development from problem formulation to deployment with engineers
• Participate in internal and external conferences and workshops

Requirements

• Must be located in Jakarta or able to work on-site
• Fresh graduates or final semester students in computer science, mathematics, or statistics
• Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals with experience in Python and R
• Ability to write clear technical documentation

Nice to have

• Experience with recommender systems, ranking, multi-armed bandits, search, and discovery
