• Lead creation of bold, high-converting copy across various formats including in-app content, advertorials, landing pages, and emails.
• Elevate and maintain brand voice consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, product teams, and leadership to develop impactful campaigns.
• Use insights and research to craft content that educates, inspires, and drives action.
• Review and refine content to ensure clarity, storytelling, and quality.
• Manage multiple projects and support team members in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Location: Vilnius, Lithuania with hybrid work format
• English and Lithuanian language skills required
• Substantial experience as a Senior Copywriter or similar role in performance-focused environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to produce diverse content types.
• High standards for style, tone, and content quality.
• Ability to collaborate and guide less experienced writers.
