What you will do

• Use the ServiceNow platform to deliver cloud-native solutions improving customer service and business functions like HR and Finance.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, automate workflows, and integrate with external systems.
• Develop new features and stay updated on ServiceNow innovations to become a platform expert.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in the Empower Programme for structured development and mentoring.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from specified UK locations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• Experience or desire to develop skills in JavaScript, CSS, and object-oriented programming (Java, C# etc).
• Basic understanding of cloud computing and preferably some ServiceNow experience.
• Outstanding communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Successful completion of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks; no nationality or residency restrictions but additional checks if resided outside UK in last 3 years.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in business analysis, data, project management, cybersecurity, AI, or creative design.
