What you will do

• Lead architecture and development of core blockchain components including consensus systems and smart contracts.
• Define and implement blockchain technology roadmap aligned with product and business goals.
• Build and manage a high-performing technical team fostering innovation and excellence.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to drive platform technical direction.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, product development, and ecosystem growth.
• Represent technical vision to external partners and stakeholders, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• 10+ years experience in blockchain or distributed systems with 5+ years in technical leadership.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals including consensus algorithms, cryptography, and smart contracts.
• Strong EVM experience (Ethereum, Solidity); familiarity with Cosmos SDK or Substrate is a plus.
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.

• Leadership or core contributions to major blockchain projects.
• Publications or research in blockchain protocols, cryptography, or distributed systems.
• Experience with cross-chain technology, ZK proofs, Layer 2 scaling, or mission-critical financial infrastructure.
