What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap across AI, quantitative trading, blockchain, and cybersecurity.
• Architect an institutional-grade algorithmic trading platform, overseeing signal generation, execution engines, reinforcement learning models, and back testing systems.
• Lead the development of smart contracts, tokenisation engines, and secure key-management protocols for digital asset custody.
• Manage high-performance cloud infrastructure, low-latency data pipelines, and external API integrations to ensure maximum system resilience.
• Recruit and mentor a world-class engineering team while owning the entire SDLC, security audits, vendor evaluation, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years in software engineering with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles within crypto, fintech, HFT, or quantitative trading environments.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, predictive modelling, and reinforcement learning, with a proven track record of building enterprise-grade algorithmic trading systems.
• Strong background in blockchain engineering architecture and smart contracts, coupled with experience in cryptographic security and custody systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Redis, and Terraform.
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
