What We’re Looking For

Position: Blockchain Developer / Smart Contract Engineer (Remote)
• 3+ years of experience in blockchain development with smart contract deployments
• Strong knowledge of Solidity, Rust, or other smart contract languages
• Experience with Web3 integration and DApp development
• Understanding of blockchain architectures, gas optimization, and contract security
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and code review processes
• Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize smart contracts for blockchain projects
• Collaborate with product and research teams to translate ideas into secure, modular contract systems
• Develop and maintain decentralized applications (DApps)
• Support integration with wallets, APIs, and Web3 frameworks
• Contribute to platform scalability, performance, and maintainability

Salary

Competitive hourly rate ($90–$140/hour) or project-based incentives
