What you will do

  • Launch, manage, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across Tier 1 markets
  • Track and optimize key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI to influence revenue growth
  • Build and improve automated workflows for campaign management, creative testing, and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Growth, and Product teams
  • Proactively suggest and test new hypotheses to improve performance

Requirements

  • English: B2+ required
  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, analytics, or top-tier audit/consulting
  • Analytical and structural thinking with ability to turn data into action
  • Test-and-learn mindset and ability to thrive in fast-moving teams
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads is a plus
  • Comfortable working across English-speaking Tier 1 markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Tableau, Airtable, Amplitude, AppsFlyer
  • Experience in fast-growing B2C startups
  • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or NotebookLM
