What you will do

• Support day-to-day corporate document flow for legal entities in multiple foreign jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and sign agreements and corporate documents.
• Maintain and update internal legal databases and corporate information.
• Communicate with corporate administrators across jurisdictions.
• Support banking and payment services infrastructure through documentary support and KYC execution.
• Provide legal support for administrative activities and ad-hoc document requests.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine for on-site work
• 2-4 years of professional legal experience in major companies, law firms, or compliance roles.
• Ability to draft and review standard corporate documents.
• English: Upper-intermediate level (B2) required
