Sr. Staff Site Reliability Engineer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of DevOps / Platform Engineers.
• Own the design and evolution of CI/CD pipelines across the organization.
• Drive adoption of scalable CI/CD patterns and best practices.
• Improve developer workflows, build times, and release reliability.
• Partner with engineering teams to onboard services to shared platform tooling.
• Guide cloud infrastructure practices across AWS and Azure environments and ensure security practices are embedded into CI/CD.

Requirements

• Experience building and operating CI/CD systems in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of CI/CD design patterns at scale and familiarity with security concepts in CI/CD.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers and working with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on work with team leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal developer platforms or DevEx tooling.
• Familiarity with GitOps or infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Experience in observability or operating SaaS platforms at scale.
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices.
