What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers.
• Own platform services and tooling that surface insights to engineering teams.
• Partner with product, infrastructure, and developer teams on platform adoption.
• Drive reliability, observability, and usability across internal platforms.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong experience working in AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Strong experience with multiple programming languages in large-scale systems.
• Experience building or operating Internal Developer Portals (Backstage, Port, or similar).
• Experience running distributed test infrastructure with centralized observability (ReportPortal, BrowserStack, or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD integration patterns, preferably using SaaS CI tools (CircleCI or similar).
