What you will do

• Analyze user behavior and friction points in onboarding and trading flows to recommend product improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and key metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Build self-serve dashboards in Tableau and Mixpanel for monitoring KPIs and conversion funnels.
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and tracking before engineering development.
• Conduct deep data analysis to uncover reasons behind user drop-offs and optimize retention.
• Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to measure product impact scientifically.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years in Data Analytics with focus on Product or Growth Analytics.
• Prior experience in Crypto, Fintech, or high-velocity B2C tech preferred.
• Expert proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Tableau, and Segment or similar CDPs.
• Ability to translate complex business questions into technical queries and communicate results clearly.
• Comfortable working independently and managing projects from idea to deployment.
