What you will do

• Deliver exceptional end user support via Helpdesk & Triage services ensuring prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Manage user endpoints with a focus on security and functionality, including endpoint management tools like JAMF.
• Lead IT system integrations and automation initiatives to optimize operations and reduce manual workloads.
• Manage user application portfolio and provisioning of user accounts securely using tools like Okta.
• Provide technical support for AWS Marketplace services and administer Jira for task and issue management.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to drive joint efforts and maintain hardware and AV equipment management.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of experience in End User Services, helpdesk, and triage support with Jira and Confluence documentation.
• Proficiency in user endpoint management tools such as JAMF and IT system integrations.
• Experience with IT automation using scripting languages like BASH and Powershell.
• Knowledge of user provisioning processes, especially with Okta, and managing third party MSP relationships.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, vendor and contract management, and AV equipment management.
• Experience in AWS technical support, Jira administration, and Atlassian tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud services management including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience managing security hardware devices such as cameras and door readers.
