What you will do

• Design and launch internal communications infrastructure including Slack governance and channel strategy
• Own and elevate flagship communication moments like weekly kickoffs and all-hands meetings
• Partner with leadership on change management for global team transition
• Create clarity on vision and strategy through compelling narratives and content cadences
• Establish measurement and feedback loops to track engagement and improve communications
• Build and oversee employee content production including newsletters and executive communications

Requirements

• Based in Stockholm or able to work onsite at headquarters
• 7+ years experience in internal communications at fast-growing tech companies
• Fluent English (company language)
• Proven ability to build scalable communication systems and advise C-suite executives
• Strong project management and cross-cultural communication skills
• Experience with digital collaboration tools and AI-powered platforms
