What you will do

• Bridge product and engineering to discover, prototype, and validate AI capabilities for DEM.
• Conduct applied research in scalable data processing; design efficient algorithms and architectures for large-scale data.
• Build preprocessing pipelines for high-volume telemetry and apply LLMs/generative AI to surface user insights.
• Rapidly prototype features and define success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to operationalize algorithms.
• Ensure privacy, security, and responsible AI; monitor production impact and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• PhD/MSc in Computer Science, AI, or related field; track record of independent research.
• Strong software engineering background (ideally Java) and experience building data analytics systems.
• Expertise in performance optimization and algorithms.
• Hands-on with streaming/batch data (Kafka, Flink/Spark).
• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder skills; excellent English (oral and written).
