What you will do

• Design and implement scalable integrations between Databricks and enterprise systems like Netsuite, Workday, and SalesForce.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration workflows.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using low-code tools and AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, CloudWatch, VPCs, IAM).
• Manage infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code principles with Terraform.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software engineering, source control (Gitflow), and DevOps workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure integration solutions deliver business value.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States (D.C.) and work remotely within this region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Expertise with Terraform, CI/CD, and infrastructure lifecycle automation.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js.
• Experience with AWS services: Lambda, Step Functions, S3, CloudWatch, VPCs, IAM.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data warehousing and pipeline optimization tools.
• Experience with modern source control workflows (Gitflow) and Github.

• Additional hands-on experience with Databricks or Snowflake for data warehousing and modeling.
