What you will do
- Provide technical support and resolve tier one to three issues for Windows and Apple hardware, software, and network.
- Create, modify, and deactivate Active Directory accounts.
- Perform minor hardware repairs and coordinate vendor repairs.
- Assist in IT projects such as system migrations and endpoint security upgrades.
- Deliver and configure desktop hardware and peripherals.
- Provide one-on-one support via phone or desktop sharing for remote personnel.
Requirements
- Must work on-site in Gilbert, AZ, USA.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years experience in deskside/phone support for Windows and Apple hardware and applications.
- Experience with software installation, hardware upgrades, and troubleshooting in corporate environments.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
