What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design for features in hirify.global’s business products.
• Wireframe, design, and prototype significant features in Figma.
• Lead cross-functional discussions with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct UX research and collaborate with the Principal UX Researcher.
• Contribute to and lead UX-specific initiatives.
• Set a strong example for the design team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong experience in designing complex B2B products.
• Understanding of accessibility in designs.
• Experience contributing to a design system.
• Strong storytelling skills.
