Senior UX/UI Designer (PropTech)

TL;DR

Senior UX/UI Designer (PropTech): Building and optimizing delightful user experiences for a multi award-winning instruction generation tool, Spectre, with an accent on strategic roadmap shaping, understanding agent pain points, and creating polished prototypes. Focus on complex, high-converting marketing journeys, thinking from first principles, and setting new industry standards.

Location: Manchester (Hybrid, up to 4 days WFH). Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary: £50,000–£65,000, dependent on experience.

What you will do

• Partner with PMs and Engineers to shape the product roadmap.
• Conduct user research with agents (calls or in-branch visits) to understand pain points and test workflows.
• Design solutions from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Facilitate workshops for research synthesis and ideation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product/UX Design experience (SaaS or complex product experience is a bonus).
• Fluent in Figma and experienced in using and maintaining design systems.
• Comfortable conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to articulate design decisions to engineers and stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
