What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise-level automation strategies, frameworks, and reusable test suites for over 300 applications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Tosca and Selenium, ensuring early and frequent testing through DevOps integration.
• Manage test data needs using TDM and automation, prepare test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver QA activities including Accessibility Testing and Robotic Process Automation.
• Provide technical guidance, pseudo code, and mentorship to development teams and junior QA members.
• Analyze industry trends, propose process enhancements, and act as liaison between business and technical teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in test automation and enterprise-level QA support.
• Expertise in Tosca and Selenium automation tools and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience managing test data using TDM and implementing automation within DevOps pipelines.
