What you will do

Design and balance meta-systems: cards, perks, progression, visual status, collection, upgrades, career tracks.
Create motivational loops: engagement loop, retention loop, mid- and long-term goals.
Develop economic models that feel the player instead of manipulating them.
Collaborate closely with PdM, analysts, UI/UX, and backend — from concept to production.
Write clear and inspiring documentation that’s easy to understand for any function.
Participate in reviews and iterations — not just deliver a feature, but bring it to real results.

Requirements

5+ years as a Game Designer (midcore, F2P, or hybrid).
Experience with progression, collection systems, currencies, and rewards.
Understanding of game economy logic and motivational hooks.
Strong command of logic design tools: flowcharts, diagrams, balance sheets.
Ability to write structured design documentation.
Capability to lead a feature end-to-end: from idea to production.
English — sufficient for writing documentation.

Nice to have

Experience designing card or collection systems (FUT, Hearthstone, RPG).
Understanding of behavioral economics, LiveOps, VIP segmentation.
Experience with analytics: interpreting metrics, hypotheses, A/B testing.
Skills in system or architectural modeling (especially for large-scale systems).
Personal interest in football, sports, or competitive systems.
