What you will do

• Architect and implement manufacturing test strategies for new product introductions.
• Design and qualify test fixtures and equipment for the manufacturing process.
• Develop specialized testing solutions for audio, camera, RF, and sensors.
• Utilize data analysis tools to monitor test yields and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and provide technical support.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers in test engineering challenges.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in developing test solutions for consumer electronics.
• Experience with specialized testing methodologies for audio, camera, RF, and battery.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing test engineering preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
