Location: This role requires 3 days on-site in Malta

• Develop people and team culture through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the Sports Trading and Product departments to solve real-world business problems.
• Innovate using your technology background, working with other SEMs and Quantitative Analysts to build a next-generation Sportsbook product.
• Facilitate collaboration with other engineering departments and teams across the wider organization and Europe.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on full stack / OOP experience.
• Experience managing teams of Software Engineers.
• Passionate about transformational leadership and invested in developing people and team culture.
• Ability to apply agile and lean principles to solve problems at any scale.
• Take pride in building a product which people will love using.

Nice to have

• Previous Sportsbook / iGaming experience.
• UX development.
