What you will do
- Develop and lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid channels including Google Ads, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, and Retargeting.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Build integrated lead generation frameworks leveraging analytics and audience segmentation.
- Design multi-touch attribution models and collaborate with IT teams to enhance reporting and decision-making tools.
- Manage external media agencies and ensure alignment with business goals and campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign results.
Requirements
- At least 2 years managerial experience in digital or performance marketing.
- Proven experience in data-driven lead generation within financial services or FX trading industries.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Experience managing large media budgets with measurable ROI.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into business strategy.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
