Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

What you will do

• Design and prototype simple, low friction digital experiences from concept to launch
• Create UI assets and contribute to a robust design system across brands
• Solve customer problems balancing user experience and business goals
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
• Work autonomously as the sole designer in a squad with team support

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Liverpool, UK
• 1+ years experience designing digital products, preferably in Insurtech or regulated industries
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and decision making
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to present ideas effectively
• Experience with Figma and design systems
• Visa: At least one year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no sponsorship available
