Community Manager (Trading)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; mandatory relocation required, and remote work or outsourced services are not considered.

What you will do

• Form, develop, and maintain communities for traders and other product users.
• Develop mechanisms to attract new participants and retain user interest.
• Track user interests, identify market trends, and connect relevant information channels.
• Automate community management processes and integrate related information into a unified space.
• Find and work with partners, authors, influencers, and other community participants.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar community management role.
• Deep understanding of trading and the interests of experienced traders and people interested in financial literacy.
• Skills in website promotion, SEO optimization, and SMM promotion.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of integrations with third-party information systems.
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle objections.
• Russian language knowledge required; relocation to Limassol, Cyprus is mandatory.
