What you will do

• Collaborate with product manager and engineering lead to drive strategic initiatives.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Create prototypes to validate designs with users and stakeholders.
• Maintain and evolve hirify.global’s design system for a consistent user experience.
• Stay updated with design trends and share learnings with the team.
• Work in fast design iterations while ensuring quality.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software or digital product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered UX and UI work in SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like Notion and Linear.
• Excellent communication skills to advocate for users.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with dashboards and data visualization.
• Knowledge of coding or design for AI.
