Lead C++ Programmer (Trading Platform)

What you will do

• Lead development teams and make technical decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop and optimize high-performance distributed trading and information systems.
• Build integrations with exchange, banking, and broker platforms.
• Develop distributed computing, MQL5, compiler, and development environment technologies.
• Work on fault-tolerant, geographically distributed Big Data analytics systems.
• Collaborate with development teams and other departments to deliver complex engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in C++ development, preferably on Windows; Linux experience is also relevant.
• Experience managing development teams and a portfolio of led projects.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with multithreading, inter-process communication, debugging, profiling, and code optimization.
• Ability to break down complex tasks, structure independent work, and make technical decisions responsibly.
• Ability to work within a development team and liaise with other departments.

Nice to have

• Experience with network protocols and asynchronous models.
• Experience with Perf, VTune, or similar analysis tools.
