• Provide senior-level mentorship and coaching to team leads and engineers.
• Manage and harmonize the output of distributed teams.

• Drive recruiting strategy and onboarding of engineering talent.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience managing managers or multiple engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of modern cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
