Qa Engineer Backend (Financial Crime Prevention Platforms): Develop and maintain automated backend tests in Go for platforms preventing financial crime with AML, Anti-Fraud, and KYC solutions with an accent on real-time transaction checks and integration into CI/CD. Focus on designing test scenarios, defect detection, and collaboration with product teams to ensure secure and efficient compliance tools.
Location: Flexible work from one of the offices or remote with relocation support to Cyprus, Spain, Serbia, or Kazakhstan

What you will do
- Analyze requirements, create test scenarios, and prepare test data
- Perform acceptance and regression testing, mostly automated
- Write and maintain automated tests in Go
- Detect, localize, and report defects using issue tracking systems
- Develop and maintain test projects and integrate automated tests into CI/CD
- Communicate with product teams during development and participate in releases
Requirements
- Experience in developing and maintaining test documentation
- Programming experience in Go, Java, Kotlin, or Python
- Experience with Git, SQL, message queues (Kafka), and CI/CD tools
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests and test frameworks
- English level B1 or higher for effective communication with an international team
Nice to have
- Experience with gRPC and Protobuf
- Experience with test frameworks like dailymotion/allure-go and testify
- Experience in load testing
- Knowledge of software design patterns
