What you will do

• Support the Personal Work Solutions business in Korea by connecting global brand strategy with local creative execution.
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization.
• Adapt global brand narratives for the Korean market.
• Manage digital and social content across relevant channels.
• Support retail activation and guide the development of creative assets.
• Help improve the speed, consistency, and quality of brand storytelling.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience in campaign planning, digital marketing, social media execution, or retail activation.
• Ability to lead end-to-end marketing execution, including planning, delivery, and performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of aesthetics, composition, and current design trends in consumer technology or lifestyle categories.
• Ability to brief, direct, and evaluate creative output with clear judgment.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual judgment, content direction, and creative execution is required for all candidates.

Nice to have

• Degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience in a design-related role.
