What you will do

• Design and implement cloud-based backend solutions using Python and modern frameworks.
• Lead and coordinate solution implementation ensuring performance and stability.
• Participate in defining and executing engineering strategy.
• Grow technical culture and skills within the team.
• Analyze and break down large solutions into manageable components.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and assist developers throughout development.

Requirements

• Must have strong Python skills and at least 4 years of technical leadership experience.
• Proficiency in DDD, CQRS, microservices, and cloud technologies including Kubernetes and messaging services like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent English communication skills (C2 level).
• Location: Must be based in Poland or Europe with remote work.

• Experience with data processing frameworks such as Spark, Flink, or Storm.
