What you will do

• Define and execute ML engineering strategy to enhance supplier recommendations.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and process large datasets to improve model performance.
• Develop, train, deploy, and monitor ML models ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
• Design metrics and tools for model quality, explainability, and customer communication.
• Run A/B tests and design experiments to evaluate model improvements.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to translate customer needs into ML solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland or able to work remotely from Poland.
• Proven experience delivering ML/AI solutions in production, especially recommender systems and NLP.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with dbt, Spark, FastAPI, and ML pipeline orchestration tools like Argo Workflows or Airflow.
• Experience with deploying ML models in microservice architectures and conducting A/B tests.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on AI/ML advancements.
