Salary: $325K – $490K + Equity

What you will do

• Collaborate with ML researchers, engineers, and product managers to bring latest AI technologies into production.
• Introduce new techniques and architectures to improve model inference performance, latency, and efficiency.
• Build tools to identify bottlenecks and instability sources and implement solutions.
• Optimize code and hardware utilization on Azure VMs and GPUs.
• Support advanced research through engineering contributions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in San Francisco, United States
• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Familiarity or ability to quickly learn PyTorch, NVidia GPU software stacks (CUDA, NCCL), HPC technologies (InfiniBand, MPI, NVLink).
• Experience with architecting, building, and debugging production distributed systems, especially performance-critical ones.
• Strong problem ownership and self-direction.
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
