• Collaborate with researchers to develop efficient video AI models and architectures
• Apply latest techniques to improve internal training framework for hardware efficiency
• Profile and optimize training framework performance
• Design, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art AI models
• Ensure bug-free machine learning code and stable training dynamics

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or relocate to San Francisco, CA, USA
• Experience with multi-modal machine learning pipelines
• Strong software engineering skills, proficient in Python
• Experience optimizing training kernels and distributed systems
• Passion for performance optimization and stable training
• English: Job posting in English, minimum B2 level implied
