What you will do

• Deploy and fine-tune state-of-the-art LLMs for specialized data extraction tasks.
• Develop innovative prompt engineering strategies to maximize reliability and performance on confidential business documents.
• Solve engineering challenges related to LLM solutions such as latency and non-deterministic outputs.
• Implement and scale high-volume, complex document processing pipelines with high accuracy.
• Integrate and manage LLM observability tools for tracing, debugging, and monitoring.
• Own end-to-end system design, coding, testing, CI/CD, and on-call support.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of software engineering experience, primarily with Python.
• 2+ years hands-on experience building and deploying LLM applications.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
• Proficiency with NLP libraries for NER, text classification, and preprocessing.
• Experience with LLM tracing, debugging, and evaluation platforms like Langfuse.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with async data processing at scale.
• Familiarity with LangChain, HuggingFace, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, VCS, and CI/CD.
• Experience in data extraction from financial reports or news domains.
