What you will do

• Design, launch, and manage hirify.global University, including curriculum development and certification pathways.
• Build and maintain the Agent Builder Certification, developing assessments and resources for customer upskilling.
• Lead customer webinars and feature trainings, ensuring content reflects the latest product capabilities.
• Drive enterprise community growth through events and knowledge-sharing.
• Partner with revenue leadership to establish the Customer Advisory Board and execute a customer storytelling program.

Requirements

• Experience in customer enablement or education within a SaaS or AI technology company (2+ years preferred).
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable learning programs using adult learning principles.
• Strong project management, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Skilled at hosting webinars and community engagement initiatives.
• Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts into accessible learning content.
