What you will do
- Design, launch, and manage hirify.global University, including curriculum development and certification pathways.
- Build and maintain the Agent Builder Certification, developing assessments and resources for customer upskilling.
- Lead customer webinars and feature trainings, ensuring content reflects the latest product capabilities.
- Drive enterprise community growth through events and knowledge-sharing.
- Partner with revenue leadership to establish the Customer Advisory Board and execute a customer storytelling program.
Requirements
- Experience in customer enablement or education within a SaaS or AI technology company (2+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable learning programs using adult learning principles.
- Strong project management, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Skilled at hosting webinars and community engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts into accessible learning content.
