What you will do
- Own white-glove support for largest workspaces, resolving complex issues across design systems, connectors, auth, and publishing.
- Build trust with enterprise teams including admins, product leaders, and AI champions.
- Reproduce issues, triage, write bug reports, and prioritize fixes to unblock customers.
- Troubleshoot across stack including SSO/SAML/SCIM, REST APIs, and embedded integrations.
- Create and document repeatable fixes and best practices for internal and customer use.
- Protect SLAs by responding to high-priority incidents and participating in on-call rotation.
- Measure key support metrics like time to response and resolution.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in customer-facing technical roles in B2B/SaaS environments.
- Strong enterprise presence communicating with CPOs and developers.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across web/desktop and integrations.
- Experience with identity protocols: SSO, OAuth, SAML, SCIM.
- API fluency and ability to inspect logs and troubleshoot REST APIs.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript for reproducing and validating issues.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
- Experience in fast, AI/product-led environments with frequent releases.
