What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and solution design.
• Improve platform reliability by implementing mitigation strategies and operational playbooks.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to identify and respond to incidents.
• Participate in on-call rotations and conduct root cause analyses and post-mortems.
• Ensure scalability and efficiency of cloud infrastructure and automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with product teams to design observable software and define service level indicators and agreements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Hyderabad, India
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years experience in Platform Engineering, Site Reliability, or Software Engineering roles.
• Proficient in C#/.NET development and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
• Experience with public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) and experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana).

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Relevant cloud and DevOps certifications.
• Database management and performance tuning experience, especially MSSQL.
