What you will do

• Lead and manage teams of MLOps and cloud system engineers aligned with AI strategic initiatives.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud and ML infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and security compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Mentor team members to promote professional growth and innovation culture.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bengaluru, India
• 7+ years experience managing large-scale ML and generative AI applications deployment.
• Strong expertise in AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, orchestration, and Microsoft Azure.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
