What you will do

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation.
• Work closely with customers to identify best use cases for Devin.
• Build deep relationships with engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration and adoption.
• Implement customer feedback and advocate for customer needs.
• Help set the product roadmap using product instincts.

Requirements

• Location: Must be on-site in San Francisco Bay Area, USA
• Degree in a STEM field.
• Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in GTM or forward deployed engineering roles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss complex technical topics with customers.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and quickly grow in responsibility.
• Exceptional ability to learn.
