What you will do

• Build and maintain the platform on top of advanced voice AI models used by millions.
• Improve existing products by adding significant functionality and integrations with consumer and enterprise solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure to ensure product performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, growth, and sales teams to design customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Remote work possible globally
• Expertise in Python and strong backend development background.
• Familiarity with software/system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage, and data structures.
• Knowledge of test design and security fundamentals.
• Bonus: experience with Kubernetes, Stripe or payment processing, and basic AI model understanding.
