What you will do

• Lead interactive programs and workshops for enterprise engineering teams.
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and optimization of Devin and related tools.
• Pair-program with engineers to build, debug, and automate projects.
• Identify high-ROI workflows for AI tools across multiple teams.
• Create enablement materials, playbooks, and best practices based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale AI Enablement into a repeatable, productized offering.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of software engineering or technical consulting experience.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in interactive, people-facing environments.
• Degree in STEM or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• Experience leading technical workshops or developer onboarding.
• Experience deploying or integrating LLM or agent-based systems in production.
• Background in early-stage startups with autonomy and execution speed.
