What you will do

• Own the Builder Experience roadmap and deliver the vision for customer modeling and operationalization of incentive compensation plans.
• Understand user workflows and identify friction points in plan creation and maintenance.
• Design intuitive solutions that balance simplicity with advanced capabilities for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to launch features and ensure customer adoption.
• Champion platform thinking to integrate solutions with the broader ecosystem of modeling products.
• Define problem statements, measurable outcomes, and success criteria for delivery alignment with company goals.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of product management or relevant experience in data modeling, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience shipping complex technical products with a focus on usability.
• Strong customer empathy and curiosity to understand user intent and business context.
• Excellent communication skills to synthesize complexity into clarity.
• Comfort with hands-on collaboration in design and implementation.
• A bias toward action in fast-moving environments.
