What you will do

• Lead the game design team and manage stakeholders for an in-house sci-fi game project
• Collaborate closely with art, design, and programming teams to realize game ideas
• Work primarily with the Unity engine for prototyping and design implementation
• Create gameplay systems focusing on Soulslike-inspired combat and player experience
• Integrate gameplay and story to enhance emotional impact and immersion
• Ensure high-quality presentation details that improve gameplay experience

Requirements

• On-site work at the headquarters in Giebelstadt, Germany
• Several years of professional experience as a Game Designer, ideally in a Lead or Senior role
• Strong knowledge of Unity and basic scripting skills are a plus
• Experience leading design teams and managing stakeholders
• Keen sense for Soulslike combat systems and world design interaction
• Effective communication and conflict management skills
